Neighbors Looking Out
for Neighbors.
Sometimes being a good neighbor is as simple as noticing something, reaching out, and helping one another stay connected.

Looking out for each other
already happens every day.
One of the things that makes Vista Las Palmas special is having neighbors who care about the community and one another. Sometimes that means noticing the little things. Sometimes it means simply sharing helpful information about something happening nearby.
A broken sprinkler
Letting a neighbor know that a sprinkler is broken or water is unexpectedly running into the street.
An open garage door
A quick heads-up when something at a neighbor’s home looks unintentionally left open.
A package outside
Helping keep an eye on deliveries or a neighbor’s home while they are away.
Simply staying connected
Sharing useful neighborhood information and knowing how to reach one another when it matters.
A little more neighborly. VISTA LAS PALMAS
Exploring an idea
Could we make those connections even stronger?
Several neighbors have expressed interest in exploring whether Vista Las Palmas could benefit from a simple, voluntary, neighbor-led way to look out for one another.
That could eventually take the form of a Neighborhood Watch-style program, a neighborhood safety committee, or simply a better way for neighbors to communicate and stay connected.
