Review/Approve Minutes from Dec 10th Board mtg 

  • Board reviewed and approved minutes from the December 10th, 2021 Board Mtg

  • Gustav to coordinate w/ Imagine-IT to publish December 10th, 2020 Board Meeting minutes on-line

RECAP / NOTES from December Meeting

  • COMPLETE: Gustav to publish minutes from Nov Board & AGMM meetings as well as AGMM meeting powerpoint on the VLPNO website

  • COMPLETE: Scott to send email with links to the AGMM minutes and powerpoint to the VLPNO

  • COMPLETE: Kermit to send approved 2020 VLPNO AGMM meeting minutes to Denise Golsby and VLPNO One-PS representatives

  • COMPLETE: Kevin, Scott and Kermit to go to Chase Bank on Friday, Dec 11th to set-up co-signer’s on VLPNO bank accounts

  • COMPLETE: Kevin to proceed with the firm GBQ to assist with CA State filings.

  • OPEN: Identify Modernism Week 2022 VLPNO Home Tour Captain

  • COMPLETE: Kermit to follow-up email with to Joel Montalvo on status of the Slurry Seal project bid and whether the VLPNO streets were included in the bid.

  • COMPLETE: Steve, Scott, Gustav and Rick to kick-off new Communication Committee.

  • OPEN: Block Ambassador proposal to be discussed and kicked-off in January.

  • COMPLETE: Scott to print and distribute Vista Las Palmas Holiday Pet Parade postcard and sent out event details via mailchimp.

  • COMPLETE: Kermit to send out Calendar Invite to the Board along with a MSTeams meeting invite for January 14th Board Meeting

Treasurer’s Report

  • Kevin sent Dec and Annual Financials via email prior to the meeting and gave the following update:

  • December and Annual reporting included

    • Account Reconciliation

    • Income Statement

    • Chase Bank Statement

  • Report on additional donations that came through in December. Continued great response to new donations levels.

  • Current VLPNO funds balance ~$29k. Question was asked if this was customary. Response was yes, however there will be no income in 2021 as the VLPNO will not be hosting a Modernism Week Tour.

  • Major fund contributor: Modernism Week average Gross Proceeds = ~$40k; Gross Expenses = ~$10k; Net Proceeds = ~$30k

  • Funds utilized to make donations, social events, expenses
