Vista Las Palmas will be featured on the Modernism Week tour on February 14, and on February 7th we kicked off our preparations by hosting an exciting volunteer docent training.

We are truly thrilled by the overwhelming response from volunteers eager to help showcase our beloved neighborhood. The training was hosted at Querencia Palms, a thoughtfully revitalized condominium community originally built in 1966 and inspired by midcentury Bauhaus design. With doors open, guests were able to wander through the residences and experience the architecture up close.

The training was incredibly helpful, giving volunteers the opportunity to connect directly with homeowners, ask questions, and gain valuable insight as they prepare to help show off these extraordinary homes during Modernism Week.
